I prepare reasoned analyses under Russian law in both Russian and English, in formats suitable for negotiations and procedural submissions.
I provide assistance in identifying applicable law and jurisdiction in Russia–U.S. transactions and in negotiating arbitration and jurisdiction clauses. I interpret Russian law for judicial, arbitral, and regulatory proceedings. I contribute to immigration matters (including asylum claims) by providing expert opinions on Russian documents and legal practice. I examine the compliance of corporate documents and procedures of all parties with Russian law.
My area of specialization is exclusively the law of the Russian Federation. Issues of U.S. law and procedural representation are addressed in cooperation with licensed U.S. attorneys, with the allocation of competencies established from the outset.
